The owners of the property and the rental agents cancelled our trip 24hrs before we were supposed to leave Boston and drive to Cape Coral. They stated "maintenance" issues which can happen. We weren't overly happy but expected to get some attention via other properties, reduction in rate, etc... We delayed our trip a week while we scrambled to find a new listing. Very difficult as we have 2 dogs and finding a "dog friendly" place is difficult. We were fortunate to find a new rental property which worked out north of our original location. The rental company did state they would give us some type of rebate which we are working on now. But overall, we're less than pleased. Regards, P. Boyle
